Once every three years, Israel hosts the Agritech exhibition, one of the world's most important exhibitions in the field of agricultural technologies. Thanks to the groundbreaking innovation nature of Israeli agriculture, Agritech is one of the most important agricultural professional exhibitions in the world and the number of visitors, from around the world, reaches tens of thousands. Agritech Israel 2018, the 20th International Agricultural Technology Exhibition, will be held May 8 – 10 2018 at the Israel Trade Fairs and Convention Center in Tel Aviv.
Agritech Israel 2015 attracted 253 exhibitors from 58 countries, 250 exhibitors, 8,100 foreign visitors and 27,000 Israeli visitors. Agritech 2018 will focus on global warming, climate change, extreme weather phenomena, water deficiency and desertification, which present new challenges that require extensive and profound approaches and durable solutions for efficient farming on the edge of the desert.
