Amb. Meir Shlomo, Consul General at the Consulate General of Israel to the Southwest, was the featured speaker in a Houston-area Great Decisions' program, a Foreign Policy Association-sponsored program that was hosted by Bay Area Universalist Church of Houston.
The lecture was streamed live to the nearby Islamic Center. Imam Dr. Waleed Basyouni of the Clear Lake Islamic Center was a prominent member of the live audience, along with Rabbi Stuart Federow of Shaar Hashlom.
