    Prime Minister Netanyahu met this morning (Sunday, 25 September 2016), in New York, with Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump. The meeting was held in Mr. Trump's residence and lasted for more than an hour.
     
    Israel's Ambassador to the United States, Ron Dermer and Mr. Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, also attended the meeting.
     
    Prime Minister Netanyahu discussed with Mr. Trump issues relating to Israel's security and its efforts to achieve stability and peace in the Middle East.
     
    Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked Mr. Trump for his friendship and support for Israel.
