    If you need to contact the Consular department please do so by email, this is the quickest and easiest way to get the quickest response: consular@canberra.mfa.gov.il

    Make sure to state your full name, your Israeli ID number and the details of your request and we will return to you as soon as possible.

    Remember, the embassy will be closed as detailed on embassy closures​.

    Security instructions for people visiting the embassy:

    1.     Make sure to bring photo ID.

    2.     Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo a security check.

    3.     For security purposes, no personal objects will be allowed into the mission, including handbags and electronic devices.

    4.     Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the appointment.

    5.     Do not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers.

    6.     The mission’s security directives apply to people in the consular waiting room. The instructions of the security staff must be obeyed at all times.
