כל מי שלא מילא את חובתו כלפי חוק שירות ביטחון, מוזמנים להגיש בקשה לפגישה עם נציגת צה"ל.
An IDF representative will visit the Israeli consulates in Paris and New York to conduct personal interviews. Young men and women who wish to enlist in the IDF, or those who have not fulfilled their legal obligation to the mandatory service, are welcome to request ameeting.
