Shimon Peres’ Funeral: An important update for members of the press

    ​Journalists planning to attend Shimon Peres’ funeral who are arriving in Israel independently must apply online at the Government Press Office website www.gpo.gov.il for press credentials.

    These credentials can be issued upon your arrival at Mt. Herzl or at the Knesset. However, it is highly recommended that you pick up your credentials (following your online registration) at the Knesset on Thursday (29 September), as there will be strict security measures in place on Mt. Herzl.
