The event took place at the National Christian Center, Abuja and had representatives of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the media in attendance. The theme for 2019 is “unveiling the treasures of the land” and is open to candidates from the age of 21 and above.

The Bible Contest, like the maiden edition will proceed in three stages at State, then Zonal and then the National level, with finalists from each stage proceeding to the next level in order to compete. The top 3 finalists will win a trip to Israel and will get the opportunity to witness the land of the Bible.
