Renowned ballroom dancer Pierre Dulaine has a burning desire to use dance for social good, teaming Jewish and Palestinian Israeli children as ballroom partners. Born in Jaffa in 1944, Dulaine returns 30 years after leaving as a young man, and finds a society even more deeply and stringently divided than before – immediately, he sets about teaching grade-school children to dance. This magical documentary tracks the young students as they overcome cultural boundaries to connect in the joy of dance.
