Dr.
Praham will present a review of Iran-Israel relations and a prospective look at
their renewal. An Iranian exile, dissident and intellectual, he believes
that if the current regime in Teheran falls it would open the way for strong
Israeli-Iranian relations – perhaps even “a very important strategic axis.”
Author of several books on Iran (L’Histoire secrete de la revolution Iranienne,
2009; Ne a Ispahan, 2013; and Relation Iran-Israel (forthcoming),
he is a an editor, translator , writer for major Persian, French and
other European publications including Le Figaro, Le Monde, Politique Internationale
and a regular contributor to France 24 TV. Praham holds a PhD in
Molecular & Physiological Plant Biochemistry from the University of
Illinois and has done post-doctoral work at the University of Virginia.
