    Amos Radin was the Ambassador of Israel to the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, and non-residence Economic Ambassador of Israel to east Africa​

    Ambassador (ret.) Amos Radian recently retired after 35 years of service in the Israeli Foreign Ministry. He was the Ambassador of Israel to the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, and non-residence Economic Ambassador of Israel to east Africa. He was also posted as Deputy Chief of Mission in Rome Italy, Consul General in Mumbai India, spokesperson of the Israeli embassy in Tokyo Japan, and he served also in Copenhagen Denmark and Mbabane Swaziland.


    Ambassador Radian took part in the Conference of Madrid and was a delegate to the Arms Control & Regional Security Working Group and the Israeli Envoy to the Chemical Weapon Convention Talks in The Hague at the time of its birth. He served as the National Coordinator for Homeland Security mainly coordinating with the United States. 

    Currently, Ambassador Radian is the Chief Business Officer of a business conglomerate operating in the Caribbean Islands, and acts as a business development consultant to Israeli companies entering to new markets.

    Ambassador Radian is a Graduate of the University of Tel Aviv (B.A. Political science and Labor studies) and a Graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Masters Political Science). Ambassador Radian is married to Aliza who made a career as a teacher, real estate agent, and consular officer at various embassies. He is the proud father of two daughters and a son, and a grandfather.
      
    Ambassador Radian speaks Hebrew, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
