​Esti was born and raised in Sderot, Israel. She works in the Medical Technology and Infrastructure Administration of the Ministry of Health, leading national projects, policy making, as well as international collaboration with the IAEA. Esti holds a M.Sc. in Technology Management from the Hebrew University and B.Sc.Med in Medical Science from the Hebrew University. She graduated with the first class of "Atidim – Cadets for Public Service" program, an excellence and leadership program of HUJI, PMO and Atidim NGO. Esti is married to Elad, and mother to Tomer, Alon and Inbar.
