Nir served as the Deputy Director General of the Israeli Meteorological Service from 2006 – 2014. He was in charge of all operations that provided weather forecasting and meteorological services to the government, emergency services, public, media, shipping and aviation agencies. Stav is currently studying for his MPA at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
