serves as a director at Clal insurance company​. 

She was a member of the advisory board of the Israeli Ministry of Finance’s capital market division and she served on the board of directors of the Israeli Securities Authority. She has been a visiting Associate Professor at additional leading world universities (IE Madrid and NES, Moscow) and has received letters of recognition for excellent teaching. 

Her research has been published in leading international academic journals and has been presented at leading academic conferences. Dr. Sade served as director of the BA program at The Hebrew University and received the Abe Gray award from the President of the Hebrew University. She has been awarded several research grants including from the Israel Science Foundation. She co-authored a novel for kids “How Ella Grew an Electric Guitar” that promoted financial literacy and gender equality.

Dr. Sade was a member of the Ministry of Finance’s committee which selected a company that cites non-tradable assets. She also served as a member of the investment committee for the "Hadassah" pension fund (part of the Israeli pension reform), the pension fund and welfare fund for Hebrew University’s employees,  as well as member of the investment committee that is responsible for investing funds of Hebrew University’s  academic staff union. She has advised financial institutions and companies in the fields of finance, debt offerings and tenders.
