PM Netanyahu met on May 1 with a delegation of senior members of the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, led by Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA).
PM Netanyahu expressed his appreciation to Pres. Obama and Sec. Kerry in their efforts to restart negotiations without preconditions towards a viable peace with the Palestinians. "We're eager to do it," said Netanyahu. "We’re prepared to discuss many things, but I will never compromise on Israel’s security."
Rep. Royce said: "We have shared values between the United States and Israel. We are all here because we feel the importance of the depth of the relationship."
