    ​We were delighted to welcome the National Lieutenant Governors Association to the Embassy. It was especially exciting to host over 25 Lieutenant Governors, their staff, state troopers, and business leaders from across the United States during President Obama’s visit to Israel. This was yet another celebration of the deep friendship between our two countries. 

    Minister Noam Katz briefed the group on Israel’s challenges and opportunities in the rapidly changing region. His “tour of Jerusalem” via the mural in Jerusalem Hall was a particular highlight.
