The registration information provided by you will expedite communications between you and the Embassy in case of emergency such as natural disaster, a family emergency etc.
Therefore, the Embassy of Israel, Tokyo, strongly requests all Israeli citizens staying in Japan toupdate their contact details. (If you know anyone not yet registered, kindly extend this information to him or her)
The Japanese Government will provide you some services in case of an emergency, though they do not pass on details of foreign residents to Embassies, or to your families in Israel.
It may also be used to pass other information to the Israeli community on events, news and information etc. But other than that, your information will be kept strictly confidential.
