The city of Tel Aviv-Yafo and KAN are gearing up towards the opening of the Eurovision Village, the largest ever seen. The Tel Avivian village will showcase the city’s nonstop character and will allow visitors to experience everything the city has to offer: wonderful beaches, warm weather, exquisite culinary scene and a selection of entertaining events.
The Eurovision Village will be open to the public at Charles Clore Park from May 12-16 and May 18th from 17:00 until the evening, and on Friday May 17th from 12:00 until sunset.

TEL AVIV EAT FESTIVAL 2019
The 4th Tel Aviv Eat Festival will be happening alongside the Eurovision Village (12-18 May) in a separate and adjacent compound. Visitors will be able to taste some of the most delicious dishes by Tel Aviv’s celebrated chefs. Participating restaurants include Manta Ray, Onza, Messa, The Blue Rooster and many others. Visitors will be able to choose from over 500 dishes, 80 food booths, 20 chef restaurants and a festive market, beers, wines, sitting areas, coffee shops and bars along the coastline. Entrance is free and dishes will be under 35 NIS.

BASA –SABABA HEBREW ULPAN
Following the increasing interest of tourists to study Hebrew while visiting Tel Aviv, the city will operate an Ulpan (a class to study Hebrew) at the Eurovision Village. Every day at 17:00 there will be a free basic Hebrew class which will teach important words and phrases that every Eurovision fan in Israel needs to know, like BASA, SABABA and KAPARA ALEEICHEM.
EUROVISION SCREENINGS
The semifinals and finals of the Eurovision will be aired by KAN on giant screens across the Eurovision Village, which will allow visitors to enjoy the shows along with tens of thousands of the city’s residents.
OSRAM, the lighting company that is one of the Eurovision's sponsors, will light up Jaffa’s Old City in a unique setting which will be clearly visible from the Eurovision Village.
MYHERITAGE ACTIVITIES
The main sponsor of the Eurovision will host in its booth shows and fan meet-ups of legends and past winners of the Eurovision. Artists include Conchita Wurst, winner of 2014 Eurovision who will also perform on the Eurovision Village stage; Mans Zelmerlow from Sweden, winner of the 2015 Eurovision; Work Serduchka; Eleni Foureira and more. In addition, visitors to the booth will be able to try the company’s products for free, photograph a wall of Eurovision legends and take part in daily competitions. MyHeritage is the largest genealogy platform in the world with over 100 million users and 45 million family trees. The company has recently expanded its activity to Europe and offers users tools to research one's family history with family trees and DNA testing.
