Students celebrate Chanukah with the Ambassador

Forty students representing over fifteen universities from across the UK celebrated the 5th night of Chanukah with Israeli Ambassador Daniel Taub.
After enjoying an array of flavoured doughnuts the students competed in a Chanukah themed ‘University Challenge’ game. They were then given the opportunity to share their thoughts on campus with the Ambassador.
The Ambassador said ‘I was really impressed by the energy and creativity of the students and the variety of ways they have found to promote Israel on campus. It was also important to hear first hand about the serious challenges on campus and think together of effective ways to confront them.’
