On Tuesday evening Vivian Aisen, Director of Public Diplomacy attended the annual East Anglia Friends of Israel event in Norwich. Around 100 people attended the evening both from the Christian and Jewish communities.
Vivian did an in conversation with Jill Gower, Chair of East Anglia Friends of Israel.
Vivian explained how the Embassy is connecting with the Christian community here in the UK. She also shared a video by Mashav (Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation) and explained the humanitarian work that they are undertaking within the developing world. The conversation concluded with Vivian stressing how important is to advocate, to educate, to sign campaigns and to be vocal when relating to Israel.
