Dear Israeli citizens!
Please pay attention to the changes in the rules of staying
on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic: according to the Regulations of staying
for foreign citizens on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the
Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 10, 2023, a visa-free
regime is being introduced according to the “60/120” principle. According to
this mechanism, when using a visa-free regime for a period of up to 60 days,
re-entry is possible only 60 days after the previous departure from the
country.

Terms for visa issuing: 14 days from the day of submission of the documents
Dear guests, the following information does not concern to visa receiving: notary services for execution of documents to Israel are extended by the consular service on Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00 – 13:00, except for Fridays.
Please take into consideration, for receiving any notary services you should call prior to the Embassy and define more precisely about the procedure. Tel. 8 7172 703 400
Security instructions for people who wish to obtain consular services at the mission offices
1. Please bring a photo ID.
2. Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the mission.
3. Do not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers.
4. Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo security check
Mailing material to the mission
1. Do not send metal materials
2. The sender is responsible for the material mailed to the mission
It is important to stress that there are cases in which you are required to visit the mission in person. For more detailed information, see the section on Consular Services in Chapter 2.
The embassy is not responsible for any of the interpreters, hospitals and lawyers listed. It is the responsibility of the person using these services.
Notarian activity
Notarized activity must be presented in front of diplomatic or consular representative. In order to see the instructions for these activities follow Consular services.
Returning repatriate

List of documents necessary for visa
1. Passport – with the validity no less than 6 months after receiving visa and no more than 10 years with blank pages
2. Two recent photos 5x5 cm
3. One filled in application form by hand
4. Proof of employment (letter ) on the official blank containing information about position and salary
5. Consular fee – 12 400 KZT
6. Medical insurance
7. Booking of round trip air tickets
8. Statement of pension contributions
9. Bank statement
10. Copy of passport pages changed to a new one in the case of it contains visas and seals of Israel made before
11. Children should have their own passports (attachment of children photos in the parents' passports are not accepted)
12. Two blank unfolded pages in the passport
Besides general requirements there are special ones depending on the aims of visiting the State of Israel

- Invitation from Israel tourist agency with the description of the route
- Confirmation of hotel reservation in Israel
Treatment
- Invitation from hospital
- A document proving advance payment to the hospital bank account
- Medical certificate by a doctor confirming the diagnosis

- Copy of ID of the inviter

Business trip
- Invitation from an Israel company (where the following data should be reflected: passport details of the invited person, position and place of work, program of visit in Israel)

Note! In the case of departure of a child under age 18 with one of his parent it is necessary to present a notarized agreement with an apostil seal of Ministry of Justice RK from the second parent.
