On Tuesday, 10 July, the Embassy of Israel’s MASHAV workshop on women’s entrepreneurship and leadership skills for economic and social development hosted four successful Ghanaian women who have excelled in their lives, careers and leadership roles at a roundtable panel discussion.
This was part of the workshop activities to bring the participants closer to leading women who have conquered the odds to be successful leaders in their respective societal roles.
They included Mrs. Peal Ensua-Mensah, Group CEO, Media General, Oheneyere Gifty Anity, Media Practitioner, CEO GDA Concepts and Founder, Girl in Need Foundation, Mrs Mawusi Nudekor Awity, Executive Director, NVTI and Hon. Freda Prempeh, Deputy Minister, Works and Housing & MP, Tano South.
In an interaction with the participants, the panel shared their life, professional and leadership experiences as women, emphasizing on the obstacles they have overcome to be successful. They also encouraged the participants to pursue their dreams with determination, hard work and focus.
