Conference & Exhibition Visa

    ​From time to time, the Embassy will promote certain commercial conferences and exhibitions in Israel. Applicants who wish to visit those events are expected to submit the following documents via courier at least three clear weeks before the date of travel:

    • ​Passport valid for a minimum of one year.
    • Clearly filled out visa application form, (Please click here to download - NEW VISA FORM 2022.pdf​). Must contain: applicant’s email address, applicant phone number.
    (Note: The part of the form that reads ‘Permanent address abroad” refers to your contact details in your country of origin).
    • 2 passport pictures on a white background (5cm X 5cm).
    • ​Letter of invitation from company in Israel.
    • Applicant’s personal bank statement for the last six months.
    • Company’s bank statement for the last six months.
    • Tax clearance certificate.
    • Company’s registration documents.
    • Contacts of companies in Israel who you wish to meet.
    • Evidence of registration to the said event
    • Letters from companies in Israel who you wish to meet.
    • Visa application payment will be made in cash at the at the embassy​.

    Note:
    • ​For applicants with approvals from the Ministry of Interior, there is no need to pay a visa processing fee.
    • Kindly refer to the General Information Page for mode of application and pick-up instructions and adhere to the stipulated processes.
    • The Embassy however, reserves the right to request further information or documentation from applicant, when necessary.
