STAGE TWO
Please scan and email the following documents to Consularservices@accra.mfa.gov.il. All scanned documents must be in PDF format.
2. Original personal bank account statement (last 3 month).
3. Original letter of employment. – must contain: name of applicant, date, company logo, period of employment/ monthly salary, company’s phone number and email address.
If the applicant owns a company:
Original company bank account statement (last 3 months).
Original company registration documents.
Marriage certificate (if applicable).
4. Medical insurance to Israel.
5. Hotel reservations.
6. Flight reservations.
7. A reservation from an Israeli travel agency (possible directly with the Israeli company or through a Ghanaian travel agency, which is the one that will contact an Israeli travel agency).
Please write the "FULL NAME OF THE APPLICANT" as the subject of the interview appointment email.
STAGE TWO
You will be contacted for an interview at the embassy after you have emailed all required documents.
Kindly take note of the following requirements for the interview:
1. Please come along with your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months). Kindly come along with your old passport if it is available.
2. Two (2) passport photos on a white background (5cm X 5cm) – Photos in other sizes will not be accepted.
3. Visa fee which will be paid in cash at the Embassy. Please arrive with exact amount to be paid. There is no refund of visa fees, even if visa is refused.

Pick-up Instructions
After the Consular Section has completed work on your document(s);
Each applicant would be called to pick up their visa or documents.
