Document Authentication

    Before any document is brought to the Embassy of the State of Israel for Authentication or stamping, kindly note the following:

    • ​First, take the document to High Court for authentication
    • Next, take the document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for legalization
    • Attach a payment receipt from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    • Visa application payment will be made in cash at the at the embassy ( refer to Consular Fees page) 
    • Attach two coloured photocopies of the passport page of the owner of the document or applicant
    • Also attach a letter from the lawyer of the applicant explaining why the document should be authenticated or stamped.
    • Send a scanned copy of the document in PDF to consularservices@accra.mfa.gov.il to book an appointment for sumbmission of the above stated documents or original documents.
