    ​ On May 24, Members of the Ghana-Israel Friendship Association organized a farewell reception in honor of the service and dedication to duty as H. E. Shani Cooper rounded up her tour of duty in Ghana. 

    Speaking on behalf of the association, H. E. Archbishop Duncan Williams, applauded H. E. Shani Cooper for her passion, service and dedication to duty as she served in Ghana. He praised her for all the good works she did to strengthen the relations between Ghana and the state of Israel. 

    In her response, H. E. Shani Cooper expressed her gratitude to all Ghanaians for the love and support she received when she started her tour of duty in Ghana. She particularly thanked the members of the Ghana-Israel Association for their support and collaboration in strengthening the relations between Israel and Ghana. 

    The event brought together members of the Israel Ghana Association, Friends of the Embassy, Members of the Israel Parliamentary Friendship Association, the Israeli Community and friends from the Media.
