Orly Goldschmidt
is the Spokesperson of the Embassy of Israel in the United Kingdom, having
arrived in London in August 2022. In her previous position, she was the Head of
the Public Diplomacy department at the Israeli Embassy in India. Before joining
the diplomatic corps, she held various roles in the
Educational sector, both in Israel and the UK, and she has also worked as a
Tour Guide in Israel and Europe. She holds a Bachelors in French and Spanish Literature and Linguistics (cum
Laude), and a Masters in Contemporary Jewry from the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem. She is married and has three children.
