    For your attention:
    1. All visa inquiries should be applied 30 days ahead of planned departure date. 
    2. The consul may ask for additional documents during the process.
    3. All the documents should be clearly scanned, and should be sent in one PDF file. 
    4. Commission fee will not be refunded regardless of visa issuance.

    1. A/2 Visa
    This visa is granted to those who want to study in Israel academic institutes. The visa is valid for up to one year and for multiple entrances and exits. Recipients of this visa are not permitted to work in Israel. List of recognized institutions of higher education in Israel (Hebrew)
    Note:
    1. A minor will not be given a visa without the written consent of both parents or his legal guardian.

    • Acceptance letter (Name, Passport number, Starting date and ending date of semester should be mentioned)
    • Receipt of tuition fee
    • Bank statement and transaction history for recent 3 months
    • Birth certificate
    • Parents’ passport copies
    • Stay in Israel – Approval for students’ dorms or rent contract
    • Health insurance that covers your stay in Israel 
    • Flight reservation status
    • 2 Photos (Size: 5X5cm, White background)

    2. A/3 Visa

    This visa is granted to clergymen for the purpose of fulfilling their clerical duties among their religious communities in Israel, pursuant to the invitation of a recognized religious institution in Israel. A clergyman who goes to Israel for a visit and requires an entry visa will receive the regular B/2 visa. Only the Ministry of the Interior has the authority to grant an A/3 visa. The application should be submitted in Israel by the religious institution that is inviting the clergyman. The mission will only issue the visa with the prior approval of the Ministry of the Interior. The validity of the visa will be in accordance with Ministry of Interior guidelines, with the option of renewal only in Israel. If the visa is approved by the Ministry of the Interior, the visa will be issued by the mission upon provision of the following:

    4. B/1 Visa
    This visa is for a person whose stay in Israel is approved for a limited period of time for the purpose of work. This visa is given to experts and artists, among others, and is granted solely with the approval of the Ministry of the Interior.  Those who received approval from the Ministry, please send copies of passport and approval first via e-mail.     • A valid Passport
    • All passport pages with visas and entry stamps for countries visited since the passport issuance.
    • Ministry of interior approval

    • Police clearance
    • Birth certificate with apostille stamp
    • Physician’s approval about normal health condition and normal blood test results
    • Agreement to Take Fingerprints and Personal Photographs (File download: Finger print of a foreign worker​)
    • Health insurance that covers your stay in Israel 
    • Flight reservation status 
    • 2 Photos (Size: 5X5cm, White background) 

    5. B/2 Visa
    A B/2 visa is granted to someone who wishes to stay in Israel for only a short time (for a visit, tourism, a business meeting or study in a Hebrew ulpan). A person who enters Israel on a B/2 visa is not allowed to work in the State of Israel. A B/2 visa is valid for up to three months from the date of issue. The duration of the stay in Israel will be determined by the Border Police. A visitor who wishes to extend his visit may submit an application at one of the regional population administration offices of the Ministry of the Interior.

    Note:
    • Our Consular Services hours are from 09:00am to 12:00pm on Monday to Friday. 
    • Arrival at the embassy for receiving consular service is conditional on making an appointment in advance.
