Steps
1.Once aware of the loss of the document, the
citizen must go with a document that identifies him, to the nearest police
station to file a report of loss of the passport. The police station will
give you a document certifying the complaint.
2.Write or call the israeli Consulate to ask and/or review the List of Lost
Documents. to check if their document has been reported. If found, it
will be delivered personally to the passport holder.
3.If the lost passport has not been sent to
the Israeli Consulate by the authorities of the country where the loss
occurred, as a lost, the citizen can proceed to request the issuance of a
new passport book in this Consulate. For the purposes, it is required:
1. Report of the loss of the passport to the
local police.
2. An identity document with photo.
3. Legalized birth certificate.
4. Two recent photographs, size 5 x 5 cm,
white background, front, without slope (includes female and male), without
smile, without grimace, with the hair pulled back, and to clearly observe the
ears.
5. Photocopy of the lost passport (if you
have one).
6. Fill Passport Renewal Form for Loss of
Passbook.
Time of passport retrieval
Between 3 and 10 working days from the
request. For New Book Cost, obtain the Form and any detail, write to the
consular department.

Renovación de Pasaporte por Pérdida de la Libreta
Pasos
1.
Una vez enterado de la pérdida del documento, el ciudadano debe dirigirse, con
un documento que le identifique, a la Comisaría más cercana a presentar una
denuncia de pérdida del pasaporte. La comisaría le entregará un documento
que certifica la denuncia.
2.Escriba
o Llame a la sede del Consulado Israelí a preguntar y/o revisar el Listado de
Documentos perdidos que las autoridades del país donde se encuentra el
consulado han remitido al Consulado, para comprobar si su documento ha sido
reportado. Si se encuentra, le será entregado personalmente al titular del
pasaporte.
3. Si
el pasaporte perdido no ha sido remitido al Consulado Israelí por las
autoridades del país en donde ha ocurrido la pérdida, en calidad de perdido, el
ciudadano puede proceder a solicitar la emisión de una nueva libreta de
pasaporte en este Consulado.
Para los fines se requiere:
1. Denuncia de la pérdida del pasaporte
ante la policía local.
2. Un documento de identidad con foto.
3. Acta de nacimiento legalizada.
4. Dos fotografías recientes, tamaño 5
x 5 centímetro, de fondo blanco, de frente, sin pendiente (incluye al sexo
femenino y masculino), sin sonrisa, sin mueca, con el cabello recogido, y que
se observen claramente los oídos.
5. Fotocopia del pasaporte perdido (si
la tiene).
6. Llenar formulario Renovación de
Pasaporte por Pérdida de Libreta.
Tiempo
de obtención
Entre
3 y 10 días laborables a partir de la solicitud. Para Costo de Nueva Libreta,
obtener el Formulario y cualquier detalle escribiendo al departamento consular.
