The Embassy and Consular Section are closed on the Ascension Day, May 9th. On Friday May 10th the Embassy and Consular section are open as usual, from 9 am until 3 pm.
The Embassy and Consular Section are closed also on the holidays on Shavuot on May 15th and 16th.
The Jewish holiday of Shavuot is celebrated on the 6th day of the month of Sivan of the Hebrew calendar. The Shavuot celebrations include enjoying delicacies made out of dairy products.
