December 15th , Technology Symposium between the Guangdong Provincial department of Science& Technology and the Israeli Ministry of Science, Technology and Space held in Shantou. Vice Governor Chen Yunxian attended and met with Israeli Minister of Science ,Technology and Space Ofir Akunis and Consul General of Israel in Guangzhou Mr.Yaacov Avrahamy. After the meeting, under the witness of the two sides, Director General Huang Linsheng on behalf of the provincial Science and Technology Department and the Israeli Ministry of Science ,Technology and Space signed a memorandum of understanding .
