October 22, Guangdong Foreign Affairs Office and the Consulate General of Israel in Guangzhou invited "Adler-trio" to hold a charity concert in Shantou University. Tickets of the performance were issued on line and the money raised with be used to help left-behind children.
The Adler Trio was founded by Dror Adler, Michal Adler-Gronich and Jacob Kol, and it has become an integral part of Israel’s cultural scene and has won international reputation as harmonica virtuosos.
The trio is recognized by the international harmonica community as the leading harmonica trio in the world today. With a rich repertoire that ranges from classics to pop, from soul to country and western, the sounds of Israel and the Jewish music- the Adler Trio has thrilled audiences in the United States, Germany, France, Canada, South Africa, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Hungary, England, Uruguay, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Japan, Singapore and, of course, Israel itself.

That night, the Adler family performed 18 famous world music, blowing out the rhythm with the harmonica music, sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes rapid, and sometimes melodious. A special piece of Chinese song "the moon represents my heart" was more surprising to the audiences. When the performance drew to a close, Dror also shared their feelings about China with the audiences. He said they feel warm and friendly here, just like at home.
The concert tickets were issued through Shantou university’s official WeChat and students and other people can buy the tickets on line and pay more as to donate the money for the left-behind children.
