The Consulate-General of Israel in Guangzhou presents its compliments to the Foreign Affairs Offices of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Fujian Province and Hainan Province and to all Consulates-General in Guangzhou and has the honor to refer to the death of the fifth President of Israel, Yitzhak Navon.
