​       On the afternoon of November 14th, Guangzhou International Biological Island held the signing ceremony of the first Guangzhou China-Israel Agricultural High-Tech Work Conference and Memorandum of Cooperation. The Consul General of Israel in Guangzhou,Mr. Nadav Cohen, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. At the meeting, Prof. Eliyahu Feinerman, director of the Volcani Center, exchanged views with the agricultural authorities, agricultural enterprises and investors in Guangzhou. As one of the global leaders in agricultural innovation, Israel's agricultural scientific research has developed rapidly and has achieved outstanding results, constantly addressing the complex agricultural challenges of globalization in the forefront. The Israel Agricultural Research Center is the International Center for Advanced Agricultural Research under the Ministry of Agriculture of Israel. It focuses on six major areas of plant science, animal science, plant protection, soil, water and environmental science, agricultural engineering, food science and other fields to bring innovation to the global market.
