Israel’s ambassador to Ireland, HE Lironne Barsadeh hosted Yousef Haddad, the son of a Christian-Arab minister who has dedicated his life to defending Israel’s reputation on the world stage. Haddad is to appear in Parliament on Thursday before returning to Israel
In an interview to Lamishpacha Magazine, Haddad explained that “the entire Arab population is undergoing a process of ‘Israelization … a significant part of the Arab community is tired of the wars and prefers to look ahead to a more secure future. The State of Israel is a fact, and we should be grateful for what it’s given us… Anyway, I wanted to give back to this country that had given me such a good life so far.”
Yousef was accompanied by Emily Schrader, an Israeli journalist, writer, social activist, entrepreneur, and digital marketing expert who founded
Social Lite Creative, a marketing and advertising firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel, serving NGOs and covering politics & cause-based activism
