Requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Non-Criminal Record:
1. Completed application form
2. A copy of your passport
3. A letter, addressed to the Consul, asking for police clearance mentioning the contact person in the organization requesting the certificate and the exact address for the document to be sent.
4. 19.20 Euros ( 10 euros for Apostille stamp and 9.20 Euros for registered mail postal charges) via bank transfer to the embassy account:
