Vizitele la Consulat vor trebui, așadar, programate în prealabil, prin telefon, la (+)40 21 302 8540.
În prezent, Consulatul acordă asistență cetățenilor israelieni, români și moldoveni, toți aceștia fiind rugați să se ia la cunoștință următoarele noi dispoziții:
Cetățenii israelieni aflați în România:
- Servicii notariale: program normal;
- Emiterea de pașapoarte: program normal;
- Alte servicii: toate documentele necesare procedurilor solicitate vor fi trimise prin poștă la sediul Ambasadei (Bld. Dimitrie Cantemir nr. 1, Sitraco Center, intrarea 2+3, etaj 5, București 040231);
IMPORTANT: pe lângă documentele transmise, plicul expediat trebuie să conțină încă un plic, care are deja adresa de retur și timbrul aferent incluse!
Cetățenii României:
- Servicii notariale: program normal;
- Alte servicii: toate documentele necesare procedurilor solicitate vor fi trimise prin poștă la sediul Ambasadei (Bld. Dimitrie Cantemir nr. 1, Sitraco Center, intrarea 2+3, etaj 5, București 040231)
IMPORTANT: pe lângă documentele transmise, plicul expediat trebuie să conțină încă un plic, care are deja adresa de retur și timbrul aferent incluse!
Cetățenii Republicii Moldova:
- Servicii notariale: program normal;
- Alte servicii: trebuie solicitate de la Ambasada Statului Israel la Kiev (Lesi Ukrainky Blvd, 34, Kyiv, Ucraina, 01133)

Starting August 16th 2017, the Embassy of Israel in Romania will undergo renovation works which will affect the activity of the Consular Section of the mission.
The visits to the Consulate will therefore have to be previously scheduled, by phone, at (+)40 21 302 8540.
For the time being, the Consulate offers assistance to Israeli, Romanian and Moldavian citizens, who are kindly requested to take note of the following new dispositions:
Israeli citizens in Romania:
- Notary services: regular schedule;
- Passport issuing: regular schedule;
- Other services: all documents necessary for the requests will be sent through mail to the Embassy (Bld. Dimitrie Cantemir nr. 1, Sitraco Center, intrarea 2+3, etaj 5, București 040231);
NOTICE: along with the documents sent, the envelope must also contain another envelope, with a stamp and return address on it!
Romanian citizens:
- Notary services: regular schedule;
- Other services: all documents necessary for the requests will be sent through mail to the Embassy (Bld. Dimitrie Cantemir nr. 1, Sitraco Center, intrarea 2+3, etaj 5, București 040231);
NOTICE: along with the documents sent, the envelope must also contain another envelope, with a stamp and return address on it!
Moldavian citizens:
- Notary services: regular schedule;
- Other services: please address the Embassy of Israel to Kiev (Lesi Ukrainky Blvd, 34, Kyiv, Ukraine, 01133)
