    Minister Rovana Plumb will participate in the International Women Leaders’ Conference
     
     
     
    The Minister of Environment and Climate Changes of Romania Rovana Plumb is paying a visit to Israel between the 2nd and 5th of November 2013.
     
    As part of the visit, Minister Rovana Plumb will participate in the International Women Leaders’ Conference “The Post-2015 and Sustainable Development Goals Agenda: Ensuring the centrality of gender equality and women’s empowerment in the next framework”, organized under the aegis of the United Nations and MASHAV, Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation. Within this Conference, Minister Rovana Plumb will chair the Second Plenary Session, taking place on the 4th of November.  
     
    Minister Rovana Plumb will also have a meeting with the Minister of Environmental Protection of the State of Israel, Mr. Amir Peretz. The agenda of the talks will focus on topics in the fields of crisis management, water management technology, but also pollution control and impact assessments.
