President of Romania on official visit to Israel

    The President of Romania, H.E. Mr. Traian Basescu, will be on official visit to Israel between 19-21 January 2014.
     
    President Traian Basescu will have meetings with the President of the State of Israel Shimon Peres, Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the President of the Knesset of the State of Israel Yuli Edelstein and representatives of the Romanian community in Israel.
     
    H.E. will also visit the Yad Vashem Memorial Museum of Holocaust Martyrs and Heroes, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Wailing Wall, and the Romanian Orthodox Church Settlement.
