    Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, this afternoon (Friday, 15 June 2018), spoke by telephone with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two discussed regional developments, the situation in Syria and continued security coordination.

    Prime Minister Netanyahu congratulated President Putin on the occasion of Russia Day and the decision to hold the official event at Sergei's Courtyard in Jerusalem, and also on the opening of the World Cup in Russia.
