Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman will depart on Tuesday (April 29, 2014) on a visit to Azerbaijan.

In Baku, FM Liberman will meet with President Ilham Aliyev, Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyubov, Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, National Security Minister Eldar Makhmudov, Emergency Situation Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov, Chair of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora Nazim Ibragimov, Speaker of the National Assembly Ogtay Asadov, as well as with the Azerbaijan-Israel inter-parliamentary friendship group.

He will also meet with the heads of the Jewish community and attend an event in the synagogue of Azerbaijan's Mountain Jews.
