InnovNation: Israel. Go Beyond Your Imagination
InnovNation offers executive and academic programs that seek to spark innovation worldwide by exposing students, professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the globe to Israel, a country world renowned as the Start-up nation. This is achieved through multiple lectures, meetings, and site visits, that combine theoretical know-how with the insights and first-hand experience of Israel’s top innovative companies and entrepreneurs.
InnovNation is organized in collaboration with the Israeli Ministry of Economy, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Singularity University-Israel.

Students enrolling in this 6-credit program will participate in the following two courses:
Start Ups and Innovation: The Israeli Model

Through the first-hand experience of top Israeli entrepreneurs, this program offers a unique opportunity to benchmark entrepreneurship and innovation best practices in Israel, world-renowned as the "Start-up Nation." Participants will gain direct access to the insights and knowhow of serial startup founders, investors, industry specialists and innovative R&D centers of leading multinational corporations. This course analyzes how disruptive technologies such as 3D printing, neuroscience, bionics, robotics, nano-tech, biomed, genetics, cyber-computing, artificial intelligence, clean-tech, and autonomous transportation may impact our lives, industries and society in the next decade. Participants will meet experts from different high-tech fields, gain exposure to some of the latest breakthroughs developed in Israel, and analyze the challenges and opportunities arising from the emergence of these exponentially growing technologies. Executive Program August 8 - August 15, 2015
Following requests from all over the world, we have designed an 8-day executive program tailor-made for entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, faculty members, and policy makers interested in gaining a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the Start-Up Nation through high-level encounters and onsite visits. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of participation signed by the Rothberg International School of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Economy.

Israel has the highest level of R&D spending relative to GDP in the world
Multinational companies, such as CISCO, GE, Microsoft, Intel, SAP, IBM, Google, HP, Samsung, and Siemens run core activities in Israel
Application Information
This program is open for students who have completed at least one year of study in the areas of Business, NPO Management, Economics, Natural & Applied Sciences, Engineering, and Entrepreneurship. Professionals and entrepreneurs are also welcome to apply.
