Greece and Israel have launched the 3rd Call for Proposals for joint R&D projects, on January 2nd 2019, focusing on developing innovative products and applications in RD&I areas of mutual interest within the framework of the Agreement on Bilateral Industrial R&D Cooperation, encouraging the participation of the private sector, as well as the industrial Research and Development, signed between the two countries, in Athens, on February 14th, 2006.The main objective of this Call is to select projects with joint participation from the two countries and to provide R&D funding to qualifying participants, entities of the private sector, through the national programs managed respectively by the Israeli Innovation Authority (ISERD) in Israel and the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (G.S.R.T.) of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs, in Greece.
This call covers the following thematic RD&I fields: Agro-food; ICT; Materials & Construction; Transport& Logistics.
