Meeting with Ethiopian Minister of Education

    Ambassador Belaynesh and her deputy, Leo Vinovezky, met on January 27th with Hon. Minister of Education of Ethiopia, Ato Shiferaw Shigute. They discussed possible ways of cooperation in areas such as technology, education, as well as Israeli lecturers joining Ethiopian universities.
    Minister Shiferaw, moreover, expressed hopes to join the 9th International Conference on Holocaust Education at the International School for Holocaust Studies of Yad Vashem, that is set to be held in Jerusalem this coming July.
