Deputy Ambassador Leo Vinovezky introduced our new Agriculture Attaché, Mr. Ofer Kahani to our partners here in Ethiopia: GIZ (Germany), USAID (USA), and MOA (Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture).
He met with Dr. Hans Schoeneberger from GIZ, Dr. Workafes Wolde from Ethiopian MoA, Mrs. Mary Harvey and Dr. Fisseha Merawi from USAID.
