Israel extends humanitarian ceasefire another 24 hours

    Despite Hamas’ fire, Israel then decided to extend the humanitarian ceasefire a second time, from midnight Saturday night (26 July) to midnight Sunday night (27 July).

    Israel respected the UN-requested humanitarian ceasefire yesterday (Saturday, 26 July) from 08:00-20:00 (8:00 am to 8:00 pm Israel time).

    Israel announced its readiness to prolong the ceasefire till midnight, but a few minutes after 20:00, Hamas already renewed firing at Israeli civilians. Rockets and mortars continued to be fired Israel.

    Despite Hamas’ fire, Israel then decided to extend the humanitarian ceasefire a second time, from midnight Saturday night (26 July) to midnight Sunday night (27 July).

    During the ceasefire, Israel will continue its actions to neutralize the terror tunnels which threaten the civilians of southern Israel.
