Deputy Ambassador Leo Vinovezky hosted Ambassador of Germany Mrs. Lieselore Cyrus and Mr. Fritz Jung, representative of bilateral development cooperation from the German Embassy in Addis Ababa, for a call conference with Ambassador Efi Ben Matityahu of the MASHAV Division in Jerusalem. Their discussed focused on developing the Afar Region in Ethiopia.
