In partnership with the Embassy of Israel and Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), APAP invites member presenters to apply to attend Israel’s 2014 International Exposure program.
Each year, Israel’s foremost professionals, artists and companies in each field highlight the best the country has to offer, and people from all over the world attend, allowing for the opportunity to meet, connect, and network with other creative professionals. In the last decade, Israel has become a center for creativity and innovation in the world of the arts.
The International Exposure program offers a rare opportunity for presenters and curators from around the world to experience the breadth and depth of dance, music, and theater, in Israel's own beautiful and fascinating backyard. International Exposure presents a broad range of fully produced works within a highly organized festival environment, works which are also ready and available for production overseas
The MFA together with local Israeli institutions organizes two international showcases for music. The International Exposure for World Music and Jazz is planned for November 13-16, 2013, and the International Exposure for Rock and Indie Music is planned for November 20-23, 2013.
The International Exposure for Theater is planned for November 19-24, 2013, featuring local Israeli productions, both mainstream and fringe, some of which will be based on the work of Israeli playwrights.
The 19th annual edition of the International Exposure for Dance will take place December 4-8, 2013, in collaboration with the Suzanne Dellal Center for Performing Arts in Tel Aviv, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Cultural and Scientific Relations division.
