IAEC Director General Edri discussed the Iranian nuclear issue, Iran's non-compliance with its commitments and its continuing lack of cooperation with the IAEA on the open files issue.

PM Lapid: The only way to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, is to put a credible military threat on the table. And only then to negotiate a longer and stronger deal with them.

The PM expressed his deepest condolences, on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Israel, on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

PM Lapid: Israel is not against any agreement. We are against this agreement, because it is a bad one. If a deal is signed... we will act to prevent Iran from becoming a nuclear state.
