Last week Friday 26, the Special Envoy of the State
of Israel, H.E. Raphael Morav, was granted an audience with Cameroon's Minister
of External Relations, H.E. Lejeune Mbella Mbellla.
The warm discussion between the two
diplomats focused on enhancing friendly relations between the two sister
nations and strengthening economic and political cooperation.
Accompanied by the Chargé d'Affaires of the
Israeli Embassy in Cameroon, Mrs. Noga Lewenstein, Ambassador Raphael Morav
took the opportunity to present Minister Lejeune Mbella Mbella with a letter from his Israeli counterpart at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel Katz.
Ambassador Morav joined the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Israel in 1986. From April 18, 2021, he serves
as Director for International Economic Organizations and Multilateral Financial
Institutions for Development at the Directorate for Economic Affairs, Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Israel. In addition, he is heading the Climate Economic
Diplomacy Team at the same Directorate.
