    Policy of arrival to the state of Israel during the COVID-19 pandemic period

    Foreigners who wish to arrive in the State of Israel are required to fill out the online form "Application for an entry permit to Israel during the COVID-19 pandemic for passengers traveling with a foreign passport".
    The form is for personal application only. No companions can be added to the application, and a separate application must be submitted to each companion.
    Please note that you can indicate in the application form the reference numbers of applications related to this application.
    When filling out a form, be sure to attach/upload the references and supporting documents, including:
    1 .Readable photocopy of the applicant's passport.
    2 .Vaccination certificate or doctor's approval for recovery from COVID-19 or both (depending on the circumstances).
    3 .Additional documents relevant to the reason for the arrival request, as specified in the application.
    When filling out the online application form, the country in which the applicant is currently located must be selected, and, accordingly, the location of the Israeli embassy or consulate to which the application will be sent for examination and processing.
    It is important to emphasize that a re-application cannot be submitted within two weeks from your last submission.
